These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of QR Forge (Chinese name: 二维码工坊; Bundle ID: com.sailgogo.qr, the “App”), distributed through the Apple App Store.
Apple’s Standard EULA also applies. Except for the subscription terms set out in section 3 below, your licence to use the App is governed by Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, resell, sublicense or redistribute the App, except to the extent that such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
The core features of the App are available free of charge and are supported by advertising supplied by Google AdMob. If you do not hold an active subscription, the App may show banner, interstitial and rewarded advertisements. Watching a rewarded advertisement is always optional: the App asks first, and if no advertisement is available the action proceeds anyway.

Prices shown in the App are the prices supplied by the App Store for your region and may differ from the USD amounts above; the price displayed at the point of purchase is the price that applies. All three products unlock the same thing: the removal of all advertising for as long as the subscription is active.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in iOS Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, or from the Manage Subscription button on the membership screen inside the App. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not refund the current period. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
If you reinstall the App or move to a new device, use Restore Purchases on the membership screen while signed in to the same Apple ID. Restoration requires an internet connection.
All purchases are processed by Apple. We cannot issue refunds directly. Refund requests are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
You are responsible for the content you encode and for how you use it. You must not use the App to create or distribute content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive or harmful, including phishing links, fraudulent payment requests, or codes that mislead a scanner about their destination.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that scanning or generation will be error-free, that a code will be readable by every scanner, or that the App will operate uninterrupted. You are responsible for verifying that a generated code works before relying on it.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, nor for lost data, lost profits or business interruption arising from your use of the App. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing affects your statutory consumer rights.
We may modify, suspend or discontinue features, and may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date above reflects the current version, and material changes will be noted in the release notes. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your country of residence.

应用内展示的价格为 App Store 针对您所在地区给出的价格，可能与上表美元金额不同；以购买时页面显示的价格为准。三档订阅解锁的权益完全相同：在订阅有效期内移除应用内全部广告。
您可以随时在 iOS「设置 → 您的姓名 → 订阅」中，或从应用内会员页的「管理订阅」按钮管理或取消订阅。取消仅停止后续续期，不对当前周期退款；删除应用不会取消订阅。
重装应用或更换设备后，请使用同一 Apple ID 登录，并在会员页点击「恢复购买」。恢复需要联网。
所有购买均由 Apple 处理，我们无法直接退款。退款请求请通过 reportaproblem.apple.com 向 Apple 提出。
您需对自行编码的内容及其使用方式负责。不得利用本应用创建或传播违法、侵权、欺诈或有害内容，包括钓鱼链接、伪造的付款请求，或就跳转目标误导扫码者的二维码。
本应用按“现状”与“现有”提供，不作任何形式的保证。我们不保证扫描或生成绝不出现错误、不保证二维码可被所有扫码器识别，也不保证服务不中断。请在依赖某一二维码之前自行验证其可用性。
在适用法律允许的最大范围内，我们对间接、附带、特殊、后果性或惩罚性损害不承担责任，也不对因使用本应用导致的数据丢失、利润损失或业务中断承担责任。本条款不限制依法不可限制的责任，亦不影响您的法定消费者权益。
我们可能修改、暂停或停止部分功能，也可能更新本条款；页面顶部「最后更新」日期始终反映当前版本，重大变更会在版本更新说明中标注，继续使用即视为接受。本条款适用中华人民共和国法律，但不影响您所在国家/地区强制性消费者保护规定的适用。
